Our varied skill base enables us to manage property to fully maximise assets. Not just rent collection, we ensure rentals are regularly reviewed and the property is properly maintained and repaired where required. We ensure the insurance cover to rebuild is annually checked.

 

Tenants are properly vetted and managed, when leases are started we ensure that older buildings have condition reports to provide a bench mark for the repairing liability. At the end of the term we prepare Reports and administer agreements to reinstate buildings to the original condition, we also carry out small scale building works contracts, to ensure works are properly administered and carried out.

Service Charge

 

For a fixed fee we assess, set up a charging system and provide ongoing management repairs and maintenance contracts to common areas on estates or large buildings. This helps maintain asset value and care of larger properties.
