Cookies 

We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. 

We do this to:

• Enable core site functionality - They do not contain any personal information and are automatically deleted when you close the browser (session based)
  
  If you use our shortlist feature on our property search, we store a unique number in a cookie so that we can find your saved items list next time you visit. This list is entirely for your benefit and we only get to use it if you send us an enquiry. This cookie expires within a month.
• Provide Visitor Analytics - These cookies allow us to count page visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve our site - we use a service called Google Analytics. Google Analytics may use the Double Click cookie when collecting data.(www.google.com/analytics/index.html).
• Integrate with third parties’ services - We may use a social media service called "Add This" which lets you share news and property information links over your favourite social networks (e.g Twitter, Facebook etc) - In order for this to function "Add this" and the social network you choose may also add further cookies. We don't get any of your personal information from "Add This" or the social networks but they do tell us how many people have used the various services to help us.
