Born in Yorkshire, studied in Staffordshire, Mike after qualification honed his experience in Residential Mortgage Valuation, Property Management and commercial advisory work in the steel manufacturing towns of the South Yorkshire area. For the last 35 years he has worked solely in Commercial Agency, Valuation & Lease Consultancy in Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire. He has worked for Lloyds Bank, Barker Story Matthews in Suffolk and Aldreds Chartered Surveyors for 12 Years. Mike has a keen interest in sports, particularly rugby and when able is a, mountaineer, canoeist & skier.

Hamish was born and bred in Norwich and educated at the University of Northumbria and Aberdeen University. Between 1994 & 2018 Hamish worked as a Commercial Property Agent for Howards Commercial before joining the team at East Commercial. With extensive experience of all types of commercial property and specialising in the Coastal & Broads areas he is always keen to be involved with Commercial Property transactions (Freehold & Leasehold). He has the tenacity to progress instructions through the various stages to completion. Outside of work he supports a keen sporting family of cricket and football enthusiasts and tries to find time to take the dog for a walk.

Born locally in Lowestoft and achieving a business diploma at Lowestoft College, Sharon has worked most of her career in Great Yarmouth. Her significant long-term experience in Auction, Valuation and Agency brings support to the team and thus achieving a new role of supporting the asset management part of the business. Outside of work Sharon enjoys horse riding, badminton and doing keep fit classes at the gym.

Brings youth & technology to the practice. Laura supports the team, providing legal & economic property statistics, environmental research checks and all other matters required on our detailed Property & Land reports. Laura is a product of the firm's local recruitment of school / college leavers to offer an alternative to university learning. Following High School, she completed Three Environmental based A-Levels at East Norfolk Sixth Form College before starting a Business Administration Apprenticeship with Great Yarmouth College. Since joining us Laura has progressed from simple tasks to higher useful skills bringing her computer experience to research. Outside of work she enjoys walking her cockapoo Larry.
