East Commercial Chartered Surveyors are an independent commercial practice with extensive and varied experience of the business sector. We provide comprehensive property consultancy and services across Norfolk & Suffolk. 

East has morphed out of the two longest established Commercial Agencies of Aldreds & Howards with roots of pedigree that reach back over 160 years in the Eastern Region.

The new name East reflects our regional Heritage in covering the UK Counties of Norfolk & Suffolk.

We have a thorough understanding of the regional property market and our friendly team prides itself on its ability to provide accurate, impartial advice to tight timescales and at sensible costs. 

Our wide client base includes corporate, public and private clients. We are recognised as being one of the leading independent practices in East Anglia and are accredited with ISO 9002 for Quality Assurance. All of our surveyors are either Registered Valuer Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or in training to be. All of our support staff are trained, and time served. The three principal surveyors have 100 years combined experience in the region.
